Bid Manager Position

Leads the proposal development process for large and strategic opportunities in digital engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end-to-end bid process from RFP/RFI analysis to final submission, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Conducts bid strategy sessions to define winning themes, competitive differentiators, and solution narratives.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design successful strategies and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.
  • Develops persuasive and tailored proposal documents and presentations that reflect client industry, challenges, and expectations.
  • Oversees risk and pricing considerations, ensuring commercial terms align with delivery feasibility.
  • Creates reusable content, templates, and knowledge management systems to enhance bid efficiency.
  • Conducts post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supports oral presentations and client clarification sessions as needed.
