Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to drive our company's financial strategy, leading us toward breakeven and accelerating growth.

This role extends beyond traditional financial management; we need someone who can develop a comprehensive strategy, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing financing, leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts, and serving as the main point of contact with investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and propel the company toward breakeven.
  2. Oversee daily financial operations, including managing cash flow and complex accounting processes.
  3. Enhance financial reporting to accurately reflect the company's unique value and growth potential.

KPI Monitoring & Reporting:

  1. Establish, monitor, and report on key financial KPIs to track the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
  2. Provide strategic financial insights and regular reports to the executive team and the board of directors.

Financing & Investor Relations:

  1. Secure funding by negotiating with multiple banks and financial partners.
  2. Lead the company's capital-raising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, including taking the lead in defending the company's position during negotiations.
  4. Actively engage in M&A opportunities to align with the company's strategic objectives.
  5. Prepare financial models, investor presentations, and ensure transparent communication with investors.

Operational Support:

  1. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned with operational goals.
  2. Provide financial leadership in all major business decisions, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into company strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role in high-growth environments, preferably in startups.
  2. Strong skills in Excel and Business Plan (BP) development.
  3. Demonstrated ability to secure financing, lead investor relations, and negotiate with financial institutions.
  4. Experience in M&A, capital raising, and developing financial strategies to support business growth.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
