Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrative Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless execution of contracts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sales processes and sales KPI reports to inform business decisions
- Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contracts and revenue targets
- Monitor key sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management
- Generate detailed reports for management, highlighting sales trends and opportunities
- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret sales metrics
- High-level technical proficiency in CRM software platform Salesforce
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English required
- Must be a citizen of Brazil
