Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrative Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless execution of contracts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales processes and sales KPI reports to inform business decisions
  • Manage contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contracts and revenue targets
  • Monitor key sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management
  • Generate detailed reports for management, highlighting sales trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret sales metrics
  • High-level technical proficiency in CRM software platform Salesforce
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English required
  • Must be a citizen of Brazil
