Strategic Commercial Planner
About the Role:We are seeking a Strategic Commercial Planner to join our team. As a key member of our commercial planning team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market model for our Food vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead city rollout planning and ensure timely market launches;
- Define the route-to-market model and align with sales capacity;
- Oversee sales team capacity planning and allocation by territory;
- Develop prioritization models for commercial approaches;
- Manage territory mapping and ownership for sales teams;
- Coordinate GTM packages; including commercial policy slots and promotions;
- Align sales pitch and playbook with sales leadership;
- Manage and coach senior analysts to deliver high-quality planning outputs.
- Solid experience in Sales Planning Commercial Operations or Go-to-Market functions;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex rollouts;
- Knowledge of Salesforce capacity planning route-to-market or GTM design;
- Fluency in English (mandatory) frequent collaboration with global teams Mandarin is a strong plus;
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver practical execution plans.
