Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
Tuotempo is a patient relationship management system (CRM) that enhances the experience offered by healthcare institutions. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads before passing them on to the closers on the sales team.
- Understand hospital managers', marketing managers', and CIOs' internal strategies to attract and retain new visitors and convert them into value.
- Build solid and trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.
- Research target leads and create analysis of the prospect before handing them off to the sales team.
- Educate leads on Tuotempo products and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and introduce leads to their new point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or master's degree.
- 2-4 years or more of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or telemarketing.
- Experience with sales tools.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and social media.
- Able to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer.
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and SPIN selling.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and strong attention to detail.
