Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Active Directory specialist to manage and maintain our organization's AD infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AD, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • AD Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain AD domains.
  • Security & Access Control: Implement and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and security best practices to ensure the integrity of AD services.
  • Remediate security issues and implement security measures to protect AD, increase security posture. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Help resolve AD-related issues, including login problems, replication errors, and integration issues.
  • AD Health & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and maintain the health of AD infrastructure.
  • Directory Integration & Federation: Integrate AD with other enterprise systems, applications, and cloud-based services.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure effective backup and recovery processes for AD, including disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation on AD configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Build regular reports on AD health and security.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest AD best practices, tools, and security trends. Recommend improvements and optimizations to enhance system efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with AD environments.
  • Proven experience with AD Domain Services (AD DS), AD replication, Group Policy Management, and AD security features.
  • Experience with integrating AD with cloud-based services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to report efficiently and deliver results on time.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
