About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at ASBIS. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our existing partners to ensure their successful onboarding and engagement in co-marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Partners: Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive their growth and engagement. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary training and understand how to use our tools and resources effectively.
  • Material Acquaintance: Familiarize partners with all our marketing and sales materials, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner communications and materials.
  • Co-Marketing Campaigns: Be in charge of launching and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, including blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and social media content. Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Performance Tracking: Track partner onboarding progress and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to the team. Help partners with presenting results of pilot projects to their clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the partner onboarding process and co-marketing strategies. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop joint value propositions and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required (fluency in Portuguese would be a significant advantage)
  • Organization and Structure: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Politeness and Professionalism: Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
  • Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing, particularly in developing and executing co-marketing campaigns. Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and systems
