About the Role

This role is designed to provide exceptional customer service and resolve quality-related issues within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve protocols received in your queue with a high level of quality.
  • Complete protocols within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Contact the network to clarify any doubts about occurrences, validate information, and ensure data accuracy and certification.
  • Maintain effective communication to collaborate with the network, clients, operations, and commercial teams.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent completed, preferably with higher education in Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
  • The ability to exercise critical judgment and urgency when handling critical cases, reporting to management and other department leaders as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the network, clients, and internal teams.
