Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve protocols received in your queue with diligence and accuracy.
  • Complete protocols within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contact the network to notify, clarify doubts about occurrences, and validate data to ensure maximum information accuracy.
  • Maintain good communication with the accredited network, clients, operations, and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma completed (preferably pursuing higher education in Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields).
  • Ability to exercise critical judgment and urgency in handling critical cases, reporting to management and other areas when necessary.
  • Good communication skills to relate with the network, clients, operations, and sales teams.
