Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Tester to perform manual and automated testing on various software applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- Collaborating to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Executing test cases and analyzing results
- Creating logs to document testing phases and defects
- Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
- Helping to troubleshoot issues
- Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing
- Strong experience in P&C or L&A domain (at least 2 years mandatory)
- Proven experience as a QA tester
- Experience in QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure
