Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping tasks, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure that all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
  • Maintain accurate records of room status and guest requests.
  • Comply with all hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
