Job Title: Vendor Operations Manager, Legal Investigations

The Legal Investigations Support (LIS) team is responsible for managing data requests from various stakeholders. This involves processing the data through internal tools based on complex policy and workflows.

  • Ensure vendors and partners meet operational goals through governance and metrics refinement.
  • Hold vendors accountable for meeting operational milestones and workflow priorities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead partners through critical changes.
  • Define business needs in light of operational milestones and workflow priority.
  • Contribute to LIS global annual planning.

What You Will Own:

  • Quarterly planning for LIS extended workforce needs across all Google Brazil workflows.
  • Utilize robust program management expertise to drive operational excellence.
