Join a dynamic team as a Production Supervisor and take on the challenge of leading manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating work and safety instructions to team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance, and providing feedback and discipline as needed.

Assist in planning and executing scheduled maintenance, conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with procedures, and complete accurate reports and timesheets. Ensure proper equipment setup and safe operation, and lead new hire orientations, safety training, and cross-training.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate on solutions, and support maintenance tasks and perform all departmental roles. This is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of a manufacturing company.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role
  • Experience working in heavy industry manufacturing such as pulp & paper, chemical, steel, aluminum, etc.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
