Role Description

Accountable for Local Delivery

As a Local Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the on-time delivery of all service orders in the assigned local country/ies. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed the targets set by the management regarding customer satisfaction, TDD, RTDD, ITDD, NS#3, and associated metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of service orders, ensuring timely receipt of local loops and associated equipment.
  • Resolve any ordering-related issues with carriers or third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate and track service and solution components until full delivery to the customer.
  • Proactively manage order metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Update sales and provisioning databases accurately at all times.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of telecommunications, messaging, hosting, and security protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Good understanding of the Service Delivery process and organization.
  • Familiarity with ST tools like SESAM, GOLD, SALTO, and other Orange services.
