Market Development Manager

**About the Role**
Hopper is seeking a seasoned Market Manager to spearhead our hotel expansion in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local hotel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and expand a portfolio of local hotel partners through strategic partnerships and onboarding.
- Execute business development strategies aligned with Hopper's KPI metrics and leadership objectives.
- Engage with hotel groups and individual properties to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Optimize hotel product content, rates, and availability on the Hopper app to maximize customer conversion.
- Provide data insights and support services to hotel partners, collaborating with Hopper's product, support, and growth teams.
- Secure seasonal deals and promotions, and develop high engagement among hotel partners through marketing and merchandising opportunities.
- Represent Hopper in the local market, building the company's profile with key influencers and providing expertise to the local industry.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with a passion for Travel and Hopper's mission.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to prioritize work and be laser-focused on achieving critical targets and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a high impact personality and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English language skills (mandatory fully bilingual), with Spanish as a plus.
