Strategic Business Development Manager

LHR Americas is seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
About the RoleThis key position involves directing activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing business ventures or portfolios. The successful candidate will provide high-level professional expertise in developing and managing new business ventures, handling proposals valued up to $500MM or larger.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the business development process through deal closure.
- Work with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals for new ventures.
- Review investor proposals and approve contract payments and variations.
- Cordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deal alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar.
- Monthly Base Salary: $150,000 aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase: 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement: 20% of monthly base salary, increasing with years of service.
- Severance Package: 2-week pay for each year of service after a 2-year vest period.
- Employment Tax: Potential tax benefits for employees separating from their home country.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Eligible after 12 months of service.
- Incentive Plan: Annual, based on performance.
- Travel Allowance: Annual, approx. $8,200 per household member over 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays: 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan: Complimentary medical care for employee and eligible family members.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP): Financial assistance for education expenses.
- Settling in Allowance: One-time payment based on family status.
