Job Title: Global Operational Supplier Enablement Specialist
">About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced supplier enablement specialist to join our team. As a global operational supplier manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all suppliers working with us complete necessary risk assessments, allowing them to operate smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of third-party risk management processes
- Coordinating and supporting involved suppliers and internal colleagues
- Tracking and monitoring individual risk assessment statuses, providing regular updates to management, and initiating escalations as needed
- Continuously evaluating supplier performance and deriving action items to support the purchasing organization managing our supplier portfolio
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent accreditation (required)
- Proven experience in supplier management, risk management, procurement, service operations, or project management roles
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills preferred, additional languages are a plus
- High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP Fieldglass/SAP's ERP system a plus
