About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Reservations Agent to join our team at Selina. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for processing and managing all reservation requests, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage all reservation requests, including responding to inquiries and modifying existing reservations.
  • Communicate reservation information to the front desk and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor advance deposit requirements and process payments as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales efforts by providing relevant information and making arrangements for clients' travel programs.
  • Promote special packages, discounts, and upsell additional services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
