As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and our development unit to understand, document, and deliver IT solutions that maximize customer value. This role involves acting as a communication hub between stakeholders and the development team throughout solution implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand product strategy and vision, short-term needs, and requirements through direct interaction with subject matter experts, review of documentation, and similar solution evaluation.
  • Work with the development team to assess viable solutions that efficiently fit requirements.
  • Elaborate and document user stories, functional and non-functional specifications using text, diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with UI Design to enable wireframes or prototypes necessary in functionality development.
  • Split specifications into implementable tickets and prioritize the backlog to maximize value.
  • Interface with the development team to convey functionalities to be implemented.
  • Review the product increment with the team and stakeholders, and convert feedback to new requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Documenting digital solutions through functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
  • Experience with visually representing information through diagrams.
  • Familiarity with prioritization methods used to constantly prioritize the product backlog and maximize delivered value.
