Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a distributed team of software engineers
- Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and career development guidance to team members
- Manage and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), training, and coaching
- Support timely delivery of bug fixes, patches, and other technical solutions
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and set expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Professional experience in software delivery using C, C++, Go, Python, or similar
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development, leadership, and people management
- Experience with version control systems such as git, debugging tools like gdb, and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
