We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury professional to join our LATAM CIB Treasury team as a Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of regional liquidity reporting tools and work practices, as well as analyzing new business initiatives and their impact on liquidity, funding, and balance sheet.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an expert on supporting the development of CIB Treasury in LATAM, including the development of regional liquidity reporting tools and work practices.
- Analyze new business initiatives and their impact on liquidity, funding, and balance sheet.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to communicate proposals and highlight risks.
- Develop business-based Management Information Systems (MIS) on changes in liquidity, funding, FTP/liquidity premium, and interest rate metrics.
- Act as a central point of contact for businesses and partners across CIB Treasury, CIB businesses, regional TCIO team, and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Treasury and financial markets, with a strong track record of insightful analysis and control focus.
- Strong working knowledge of Investment Bank products (Markets and Banking), financial theory, and accounting principles.
- Previous experience of funding and liquidity and regulatory developments in the treasury.
- Strong analytical, investigative problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focused work ethic and good business sense.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), particularly the ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage various functions, locations, and businesses.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro).
- History of managing large and complex projects, with the ability to drive contributions from numerous groups without direct reporting lines.
- Experience managing people/team.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx.
