Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service whilst complying with local regulations. Your primary focus will be on providing support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will also be involved in coordinating logistics activities between sites and handling external complaints. About The Role Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.
  • You will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and related areas.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation or other relevant field.
  • Prior experience in customer services or logistics role in an international environment.
  • English – advanced verbal & writing.
  • Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing.
