Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Teleoperation business in LATAM. As the Head of Teleoperation LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets in LATAM.
  2. Manage sales, support, and service operations for remote intelligence centers in LATAM.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with dealers, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product development initiatives.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders on Teleoperation solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the LATAM market, industry trends, and customer needs.
  8. Represent Hexagon Mining in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our Teleoperation solutions.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles in the mining industry.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of Teleoperation solutions, including software, hardware, and automation technologies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
Desirable Skills
  1. Experience with Telecommunications and high-performance network technologies.
  2. Knowledge of Teleoperation processes and operations.
  3. Understanding of risk areas such as tailing dams and containment dams.
  4. Experience with hardware and embedded technology.
  5. Knowledge of software engineering principles.
  6. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships.
  8. Passion for achieving business goals and sales targets.
