Job Title: Head of Teleoperation LATAM

Hexagon Mining, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Teleoperation business in LATAM. As the Head of Teleoperation LATAM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sustainable growth of Teleoperation projects in LATAM subregions.
  • Manage sales, support, and service operations of remote intelligence centers.
  • Implement processes, define goals, and promote growth and development.
  • Support technical solutions on pre-sales activities and monitor the quality of services provided to customers.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with current and prospective dealers, agents, and related Hexagon entities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to continue growth of Hexagon Mining product portfolio in each country/region/developing market.
  • Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Technical knowledge on SW, technology for mining, automation.
  • Proven successful track record in the mining industry.
  • Commercial experience dealing with technical products and solutions.
  • Professional communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Desirable:
  • Telecommunications and high-performance network.
  • Teleoperation processes and operations.
  • Processes and operations in risk areas such as tailing dams and containment dams.
  • Knowledge and experience in hardware and embedded technology.
  • Knowledge and experience in software engineering.
