Reliability Engineer Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reliability principles and methodologies, with expertise in design for reliability (DfR) activities to incorporate reliability into early design phases. Experience with material selection, derating, redundancy and tolerance stack up analysis is essential.
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, Materials or relevant field is required, with xx years of experience. A master's degree is preferred, with additional xx years of experience.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Knowledge of FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Accelerated Life Testing, 8D Root Cause Analysis, Weibull Analysis, JMP, and ReliaSoft.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes.
