Key Responsibilities include:
- Performance and direction of subcontracts input into bid proposal activities, including compilation of subcontractor bidding documents, evaluations, and other related information.
- Commercial and administrative work within the project, following global procedures outlined in the management system.
- Maintenance of awareness of the content of the HSE Plan and actions required in the event of an emergency.
- Coooperation in the implementation of the HSE Plan overall and as it applies to subcontractors.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met by the subcontractor.
- Identification, evaluation, preparation, and agreement to subcontract work scope changes and monitoring of risks to the project.
- Process changes with the subcontractor as directed by the Subcontract Manager or other lead.
- Development and update of cost subcontract forecasts for input to Project Controls Manager.
- Input to project weekly/monthly report.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline), with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Effective communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, good decision-making, and negotiation skills are essential.
