This role is focused on ensuring seamless customer interactions and experiences across various touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mitigating risks and identifying opportunities for growth by analyzing data from Self-Service customers.
  • Responding to requests from Self-Service customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify potential leads and preparing them for the Sales department.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • A hybrid work model that includes working from the office.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
