Key Business Growth Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill a key business growth role. As a key contributor to our company's success, you will play a vital part in driving the growth and development of our pubs in South and South East London.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of around 35 pubs within the region, working closely with operators and lessees to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a truly commercial generalist position that requires no two days to be the same. You will have the flexibility to plan your own diary and manage your work-life balance while working closely with a virtual team to create and execute tailored business plans for each pub.

Key aspects of this role include owning the P&L for each pub in your portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise revenue streams, increase efficiency, and drive financial performance. You will also have the freedom to design and implement innovative retail solutions that directly impact the consumer experience.

  • A proven track record in retail, hospitality, or business development
