Key Responsibilities
- Minimize risks and identify opportunities for growth.
- Respond to requests from Self-Service customers.
- Contribute to improvements in Self-Service processes and customer experiences, working closely with experienced colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
- Analyze data from Self-Service customers to distinguish potential leads and prepare them for the Sales department.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required for this role.
- Hybrid work model (days at the office).
- Proactive and willing to learn and grow in this position.
