Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in minimizing risks and identifying opportunities for growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to requests from Self-Service customers
  • Active involvement in improvements around Self-Service (process/customers) with the support of more experienced colleagues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates (both from Marketing to SS and from SS to Sales)
  • Analyzing data from SS customers, using it to distinguish potential out-of-Self-Service customers and preparing those leads for the Sales department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in English
  • A hybrid work model (days at the office)
  • A proactive and willingness to learn and grow in this position
