Marketing Procurement Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in overseeing marketing-related expenditure across regions, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective vendor performance, and compliance.

About the Position
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive value creation by sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing vendor services across advertising, affiliates, sponsorships, and creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and international marketing service providers (media, affiliates, creative, PR, event agencies, sponsorship vendors, promotional materials).
  • Develop and maintain a competitive vendor base that reflects local market dynamics in each operating region.
  • Manage RFPs/RFQs for marketing services and affiliates.
Cost Efficiency & ROI
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide cost analyses and recommendations to ensure maximum return on investment on marketing expenditures.
Affiliate & Advertising Support
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Marketing teams to source and manage affiliate networks, influencers, and publishers.
  • Ensure ad placements, sponsorships, and affiliate deals are legally compliant and financially sound.
  • Support localization of media buying and affiliate partnerships across regulated/unregulated markets.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and responsible gambling requirements in respective markets.
  • Work closely with Legal and Finance teams on contract drafting, approvals, and monitoring.
