About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a team of IT support specialists
  • Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments
  • Follow up and support desktop/laptop and mobile devices
  • Stock and asset management
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ICT support related subjects
  • Provide onsite support during events
  • Provide trainings/demos when needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support
  • Good knowledge of Network and Server Administration
  • Hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office
  • Good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Good knowledge of German/English (written and oral)
  • Excellent administrative skills
