Job Title: Regional Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations across multiple countries or jurisdictions within the region. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) framework, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services while driving standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across our payroll landscape.

This is a leadership role that requires expertise in regional payroll management, with a strong focus on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing payroll systems to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

As a leader, you will oversee end-to-end payroll procedures and manage a team across the region or sub-region, including collaboration with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing for new hires, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective payroll strategies to drive standardization and optimization across the region.
  • Lead payroll operations to comply with all relevant local, regional, and international labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and minimize errors.
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Progressive experience in payroll management, with a strong focus on regional operations across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
  • Leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading payroll teams, projects, and transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Deep understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements specific to the region, including multi-country payroll nuances.
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and technologies used in managed services environments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively across cultures and seniority levels.
