Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to deliver end-to-end data and technology solutions. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying areas of improvement and challenges, and translating them into technical requirements.

You will support the delivery of these needs using product and agile methodologies, providing technical recommendations, detailing requirements, performing hands-on configuration, testing, monitoring, and support of the product.

In addition, you will define priorities based on business value and collaborate with different teams to ensure committed timelines are respected.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for IT support for business enquiries, ensuring tickets are treated under the correct SLA or dispatched to expert teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end data and technology solutions.
  • Understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Support the delivery of product and agile methodologies.
  • Define priorities based on business value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business IT or Computer Science related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience delivering IT Logistics technologies.
  • Experience with multiple platforms, including SAP MM, IM, IDOC, 3PL EDI Integration and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, database, network).
  • Fluent in English/Portuguese, Spanish a plus.
