Product Development Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support product development by executing purchasing activity, developing commodity strategies, or managing supply chains.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Supply Management principles and be able to apply them in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing change, measuring quality, cost, and delivery performance of suppliers, and interfacing between the supply management process and various process areas within manufacturing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently and receive minimal guidance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for acting as a resource for Supply Management colleagues with less experience and communicating effectively with Suppliers, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of motorcycle riding and Harley-Davidson motorcycles and accessories preferred
