Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Aspire Institute Inc.
  • Manage the office's in-region administrative and financial functions, including budget management, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Support Aspire Institute's staff and faculty in accomplishing the Institute's mission.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
