We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our regional development efforts in Central and South America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustain profitable growth and strategic development of the region
  • Formulate a regional strategy, ensuring growth and efficiency
  • Implement marketing methodologies and concepts from the MSE scope
  • Identify and explore business opportunities aligned with businesses and functions
  • Oversee governance of regional projects, providing guidance and coordination to regional project teams
  • Enrich global business strategies with a regional perspective and support tailored implementation
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends and derive opportunities and risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable
  • Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish; German desirable
  • Experience in business strategy, finance, marketing and sales across industries and markets
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional groups, project management, market analysis and business plan development
  • Experience in M&A processes, innovation management and open innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse cultures
