As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the talent strategy and execution across LATAM. This includes collaborating with global talent teams to localize and implement global talent strategies, overseeing the development of regional talent acquisition teams, and driving regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Strategy & Execution
  • Partner with global talent teams to localize and implement global talent strategies across LATAM.
  • Lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Identify regional talent gaps and propose innovative solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to LATAM business leaders on talent-related matters.

Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Oversee the development of regional talent acquisition teams, ensuring alignment with global hiring standards and practices.
  • Drive regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines.

Leadership Development & Capability Building
  • Partner with HRBPs to deliver and adapt global leadership development programs to meet regional needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning experiences for emerging and senior leaders in partnership with HRBPs and local leaders.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Talent Insights & Analytics
  • Use data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Prepare regional talent dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

Collaboration & Influence
  • Act as the bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across LATAM to adopt and champion talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and other functional leaders to integrate talent strategies into broader people plans.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional or global talent programs.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Experience leading talent acquisition teams preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
