Strategic Talent Acquisition and Learning Manager

Join a dynamic team in Brazil to support regional talent efforts across Latin America, covering 6 countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition (65%):
    • Owning full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil.
    • Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective hiring strategies.
    • Driving employer branding initiatives.
    • Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy.
  • Learning & Talent Management (35%):
    • Designing learning and development strategies across subsidiaries.
    • Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
    • Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development in multinational environments.
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in changing environments.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
