Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition (65%):
- Owning full-cycle recruitment processes for regional teams located in Brazil.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Driving employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy.
- Learning & Talent Management (35%):
- Designing learning and development strategies across subsidiaries.
- Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development.
- Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development in multinational environments.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- High level of resilience and adaptability in changing environments.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
