About the Role:
- Talent Development and Governance:
- Design and implement talent development strategies, ensuring alignment between local teams and global standards.
- Develop regional recruitment processes, policies, and toolkits to attract top talent.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and effectiveness of new processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR Business Partner role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Advanced English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
