Drive Sales Growth as a Regional Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales growth within assigned territories, developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify and expand existing accounts and acquire new customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and gather market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Established network within hospitals, clinical engineering, and biomedical facilities.
KPIs:
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Grow market share in the assigned region.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
