Regional Talent Strategist

Job Summary:

As a Regional Talent Strategist, you will partner with the Global Talent Team to develop and execute localized talent strategies across LATAM. You will lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Global Talent Team to design and implement tailored talent strategies for LATAM
  • Lead regional execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Identify regional talent gaps and propose targeted solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to LATAM business leaders on talent-related matters
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
  • Develop and manage the LATAM Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with global hiring standards and best practices
  • Drive regional recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build diverse pipelines
Leadership Development & Capability Building:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver and adapt global leadership development programs to meet regional needs
  • Design and facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and learning experiences for emerging and senior leaders in partnership with HRBPs and local leaders
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth
Talent Insights & Analytics:
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Prepare regional talent dashboards and reports for senior leadership
Collaboration & Influence:
  • Serve as a liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  • Influence senior stakeholders across LATAM to champion talent initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other functional leaders to integrate talent strategies into broader people plans
