Talent acquisition and learning are key drivers of business success. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional talent efforts across Latin America, supporting the growth of LG Electronics in this dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes, managing end-to-end hiring experiences for regional teams located in Brazil. This includes partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. Additionally, they will drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
Learning & Talent Management:
This role requires a strong focus on learning and development, designing and deploying strategies across subsidiaries to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will facilitate best practice sharing in talent development, create engaging learning content, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
We seek an experienced people strategist with a proven track record in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, preferably in multinational or regional environments from similar industries. A hands-on mindset, strong interpersonal skills, high level of resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are essential. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with Spanish being a plus. A bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields is necessary.
