Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Partner in Customer Services.

  • Manage day-to-day IT projects/programs, support and relationship for defined areas in Customer Service.
  • Drive successful project execution through a cross-functional team.
  • Connect with IT Global teams to understand processes and procedures and apply, as needed, in the region.
  • Champion change and innovation, stimulating creativity and innovation in others while being open to new ideas and supporting those who initiate change and take risks.

The Business Partner proactively serves as a trusted advisor, and is the primary point of contact to business line executives and managers. They operate as the key business contact representing the organization in promoting services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve relationships between IT and Customer Services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
