As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will be a key member of the team responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing sales performance in the Latin America region.

About the Role

This role involves serving as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Sales, providing data-driven insights and operational support to ensure seamless execution and effective strategy implementation.

You will be responsible for managing all GTM operating rhythms for your region, including preparing and running forecast calls with the regional leadership team, pipeline health and management, QBRs, sales performance, etc.

Additionally, you will proactively monitor sales health and performance dashboards, separating signal from noise, and driving down into the real metrics that matter.
