We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the planning and execution of events that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies aligned with our overall marketing approach, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to schedules.
- Evaluate events tactics calendar to meet sales funnel needs, collaborating with the marketing team to understand top market priorities and contribute to pipeline health.
- Stay current on industry trends and adapt event deliverables to improve results whenever needed.
- Lead teams across regional countries to deliver events, workshops, conferences, and online experiences.
- Monitor event ROI by tracking leads, accounts, and pipeline contribution with proven data, reporting and updating campaigns, contact information, and ambassador engagements.
- Research and identify new opportunities for event sponsorships and channels, aligned with the brand and products.
- Evaluate the relevance of overall events vs business goals, setting up pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to leverage events and ensure quality lead-follow-up processes with the Sales Team.
- Maintain brand guidelines in all event deliverables and manage print and delivery of materials, swags, and assets for events to support Sales needs.
- Collaborate with partners to map and develop new event opportunities, maximizing impact, and communicate with speakers and support overall presentation sessions.
- Provide training, presentation support, and platform tests with hosts whenever needed, championing our Ambassador Program and engaging thought leaders and customers in Events Marketing activities.
- Recommend top users for case studies to the Content Marketing team and investigate public relations opportunities with events and speakers.
- Assist with content curation to enhance event experiences.

- Demand funnel KPIs (volume, conversion, velocity, value).
