Key Responsibilities- Assist the ICQA Manager with storage capacity planning and provide weekly updates.
- Conduct in-depth research on defect trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement queries, compile data, and generate reports using MS Access and Excel to drive business decisions.
- Process requests to create new bins or modify existing ones, both virtually and physically.
- Coordinate bin conversions and ensure seamless execution.
- Investigate and resolve stock position issues reported by FC departments.
- Maintain accurate records of configurations and update the FC map.
- Manage and delete non-existent bins to optimize storage capacity.
- Coordinate inventory movement and ensure efficient use of space.
- Audit bin usage and provide recommendations for consolidation activities.
- Maintain and update product collection paths with the Outbound department.
- Participate in ICQA gemba walks to ensure exposure of KPIs according to standard.
- Lead space meetings based on data-driven insights and systemic analysis.
- Parametrize counting and storage systems to optimize efficiency.
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Attend ICQA Flow meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Create and update Power BI reports to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely escalation of systemic or maintenance issues.
The ICQA team consists of 45 members during non-peak periods and can reach 120 members during peak periods. The team is led by an Ops Lead who ensures the execution of the operational plan, and includes process analysts, associates, and an intern.
The team's primary objective is to guarantee the accuracy of inventory, maintain quality levels, and manage space effectively. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our success.
