**Import Specialist Role Overview

Join us in our commitment to creating brilliant solutions and insight. This exciting role is located in São Paulo/Barra Funda and reports to the Assistant Controller. As a hybrid position, you'll have the flexibility to work partially from home and partially at our offices, with a stronger presence component during immersion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support importation and exportation routines, helping with the administration of the entire process and customs processes;
  • Assist the accounting area and other departments;
  • Support the implementation of internal rules related to importation/exportation processes, technology, and compliance;
  • Analyze DIs (import declarations) and shipment documents;
  • Maintain direct contact with suppliers and brokers to solve importation/exportation duties;
  • Perform routines in the logistics area and operations assistance: inventory analysis, control, management, and storage;
  • Assistance in Forecast Meetings;
  • Support/take ownership of all importation and exportation routines in SAP, being responsible for identifying/suggesting improvements.

Our Expectations:

We're looking for someone with strong experience in the field, holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Comex. Proficiency in Portuguese and Advanced English is also required.
