Job Title: Senior Project Manager
About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project execution strategies, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Motivate and direct project teams, monitoring progress and performance against project plans.
- Promote effective communication among stakeholders, fostering collaboration and minimizing risks.
- Manage contractual obligations, safeguarding client interests and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
- Buildeffective relationships with customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Ensure project profitability, managing sales, margin, and cash flow while adhering to forecast expectations.
- Enforce Schneider Electric processes, quality instructions, and governance principles throughout project execution.
- Lead customer-facing projects or work packages, achieving financial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Direct project teams, delegating sub-projects to PMs while maintaining control over project execution.
- Nurture relationships with customers and third parties, upholding contract agreements and project deliverables.
- Cultivate a community of practice among project managers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Act as a sales agent for OPEX service portfolios, promoting growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree or higher is desirable.
- PMI certification is essential.
- Excellent English language skills (fluent). Additional languages such as Portuguese and Spanish are beneficial.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in managing Data Center Projects.
- Tendering experience is a plus.
- Cross-functional and cross-border expertise.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of navigating complex matrix organizations.
