Lead High-End Fit-Out Projects

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to delivery.

As a senior project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence. Your role will involve planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution of high-end interior fit-out projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and HSE standards.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years' experience in construction with at least 5 years in luxury fit-out project management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
